You can manually create notes about a campaign in a campaign's Activity area. You can also view automatically created notes related to significant campaign events.
View activities
Each campaign includes a collection of activities. Activities are automatically generated notes that document significant campaign events.
- Log in to the applicable reseller account.
- Click the Campaigns tab, then click a campaign in the Campaign List.
- On the Overview page, click Activity.
Add a note
Notes enable users, like advertising consultants, to write comments about clients, opportunities, and campaigns. Add them to your Activity list.
- Log in to the applicable account.
- Click the Campaigns tab, then click a campaign in the Campaign List.
- Next, click the Activity and click Add Note.
- Optional: If you want a note to be private–that is, only available to yourself–check Private in the New Note box.
- Type a note relevant to the campaign and click Save.
Notes immediately post to your Activity list. You can edit or delete them once they post.
