Once an opportunity is created and before it becomes a running campaign, you must manage it. Management of opportunities includes finding them, updating them, and deleting them.
Find an opportunity
- Log in to the applicable account.
- Click the Opportunities tab, then use the Search Opportunities tools to locate an opportunity.
- When you find what you need, just click the opportunity in the Opportunity List to see its details.
You can also sort Opportunity List columns by clicking the column headings.
Edit an opportunity
Use this option to edit specific elements of an existing opportunity, including ads, targets, and budget settings.
- Log in to the applicable account.
- Click the Opportunities tab.
- Search for and select the applicable opportunity in the Opportunity List area.
- On the Overview page, click the edit icon beside the setting you want to edit. Edit settings to suit your needs.
- When you are done making all of your edits, click Save.
For more information, see Step 1 - Business Details, Step 2 - Creative, Step 3 - Targets, and Step 4 - Budget.
Use opportunity links
The snippet in the Opportunity Links module can be emailed to advertisers so that they can preview an opportunity.
To find the Opportunity Links module, open an opportunity and go to its Overview page. The Opportunity Links module is in the center of the page.
Delete an opportunity
- Log in to the applicable account.
- Click the Opportunities tab, then use the Search Opportunities tools to locate a campaign.
- Click the applicable opportunity in the resulting list.
- At the bottom of the opportunity Overview page, click Delete Opportunity.
- In the confirmation box that opens, click Confirm.
Place an order, start a campaign
If an advertiser is ready to start a campaign, submit the opportunity to the campaign approval process. If it is approved by our auditing team, it becomes a live campaign.
- To launch a campaign, choose from these options:
- On the Checkout page, at the end of the opportunity creation journey, click Place Order.
- If you previously saved an opportunity without placing an order, go to the Opportunities page, search for the opportunity you want to launch, click it, then click Launch.
- On the Checkout page, at the end of the opportunity creation journey, click Place Order.
- If the campaign is successfully created, a Campaign Created message appears.
It might take up to two business days for ads to be approved and for the campaign to go live.
Contact Support
Individual campaign and opportunity pages include a Support button. It is located in the lower-right corner of the page. Use it to send a communication directly to iPromote Support without leaving the page.
Contact us menu options:

- Activate social channel: Use this option to update the Facebook page and social allocation associated with a campaign.
