Client records include a list of activities. Activities are notes about important client account events.
View activities
Each client record includes a collection of activities. Activities are automatically generated notes that document important client account events.
- Log in to the applicable reseller account.
- Click the Clients tab, then click a client in the Client List.
- Go to Latest Activity and click View All, or go to the top of the page and click Activities.
Add a note
Notes enable users, like advertising consultants, to write comments about clients, opportunities, and campaigns. Add them to your Activity list.
- Log in to the applicable account.
- Click the Clients tab, then click a client in the Client List.
- Next, click the Activity and click Add Note.
- Optional: If you want a note to be private–that is, only available to yourself–check Private in the New Note box.
- Click Save.
Notes immediately post to your Activity list. You can edit or delete them once they post.
